The Scheme of Amalgamation (Annexure-A) has been approved by the Honourable National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai bench vide its order no. CP(CAA)/111(CHE)2022 dated 10th July 2023 (Annexure-B).

Necessary forms were filed by both the Companies on 3rd August, 2023 and Ministry of Corporate affairs (MCA) has approved the same.
